• Min 10 years of experience in hiring different areas including real estate, construction, engineering and hospitality
• Min 5 years of experience in managing a recruitment team
• Min 5 years of experience with bulk hiring (trade level)
• Well connected with a great network
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to source candidate from abroad
• Ability to headhunt and think outside the box.
