Hiring Talent Acquisition Intern

• Location: Dubai
• University Students preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Use social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter) to look for and connect with potential candidates.
• Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify each position’s requirements.
• Send recruiting emails and follow up with candidates
• Access different job portals and upload applicant resumes
• Phone-Screening candidates
• Act as a support to sourcing/recruitment-related activities

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1-2 years experience in recruitment
• The candidate should have a valid residence visa
• Working a degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Management or equivalent is preferred
• Can work in a fast-paced working environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
• Strong admin, time-management, and organizational skills
