Hiring Talent Acquisition Executive

Location – WTC, Dubai

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Actively scan the real estate market to identify and assess potential candidates who align with our company’s values and goals.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates and interviews to on-boarding new agents.
• Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit, and make recommendations to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or headhunting, with a focus on the Real estate/BFSI.
• Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and the dynamics of the industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Results-oriented with a focus on achieving recruitment targets.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
• Proficiency in English – Spoken & Written.
