WE are searching for Talent Acquisition Executive to join our Growing Team.
- Must have excellent background and vast experience in headhunting of Healthcare Professionals i.e. Nurses in all licensure eligibility, professional level and scope of expertise, Ambulatory/EMS Medics, GP and all back-end support within the same field and industry.
- Has great Candidate Portfolio/Database of Healthcare Professionals within and outside UAE.
- Has excellent Communication Skills and great MS Office Competency.
- Keep a close coordination with division heads to identify staffing needs, following the Alleanza’s Recruitment Policy, the Set Budget, and the Target Mobilizations Dates.
- Must posses a good judgement, has decision-making skills, strong determination to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
- Know-how on determining the Selection Criteria and the salary benchmark as per the current market.
- In-depth knowledge in sourcing and screening potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms, professional networks and job fairs) and collaborating with agencies, consultants and companies.
- Excellent skills in planning the interview and selection procedures, including profiling, background checking, HR assessments via in-person or virtual interviews.
- Assess candidate information, including reference contact details, current location, availability, employment and residency status, etc.
- Design Job Descriptions and Interview Questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
- Organize and attend Job Fairs and Recruitment Events
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by Department and Location.
- Foster a long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
- Prepare and maintain a Monthly Recruitment and Manpower Report.
