Description:

We are hiring System Engineer for our client in Dubai.

Experience: 5+ Years

UAE Driving license: Mandatory

 Requirement:

• Must be a certified VMware professional
• Proven technical experience with enterprise virtualization technologies (VMWare & Hyper-V).
• Have experience in Installation, Configuration, Migration & Troubleshooting VMware & VSAN (v6.x /v7.x)
• Experience in backup and recovery solutions of VMs (Veaam)
• Hands on experience with HPE Servers (ProLiant’s), SAN Appliances (MSA & Nimble) and NAS devices with the VMWare and Hyper-V infrastructure.
• Experience in level 1 troubleshooting (VMWare vSphere and VSAN) along with Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Support of virtualized hardware, software systems and solutions supplied by the company to customers, as well as used-in-house.
• Able to efficiently execute project within the prescribed timelines with focus on customer satisfaction.
• Handle projects execution with all necessary documents (Scope of Work, Implementation plan UAT, etc.).
• Training sub-ordinates, preparation and updating of customer technical files.
• Assist Accounts manager in the Pre-Sales support and product/solution demos.
• Keeping up-to-date with IT industry innovations and undergoing continuous training.
• Maintaining a liaison with manufacturer’s technical support
• Research and development on new products and technologies introduced by the company and preparation of demos.
• Organizing site surveys, and meetings with concerned people at customer sites.
