Description:

FileNet System Engineer needed (he has not to be Arabic speaker)

Supporting IBM FileNet system & applications at customer site

Job Responsibilities

• Excellent verbal & writing communication skills in English.
• Logging incidents and reporting issues in details.
• 5+ years of experience in IBM FileNet
• Experience troubleshoot problems regarding the databases, applications and development tools for FileNet
• Administration knowledge on WebSphere (configuration of dat sources, JVM, host aliases, Security, WSAdmin tool, Spnego/Kerberos, SSL- CA and Self Signed etc.).
• Strong experience in IBM HTTP Server installation and configuration and IHS plugin concepts. Hands on experience in configure SSO environments using different options like Kerberos/SPNEGO, IBM Security Access Manager, SAML etc.
• Configuring SSL certificates and renewing expired certificates
• Having knowledge on Digital Signature solution (DocuSign) would be an added advantage
• Administration knowledge on Content Platform Engine (configurations of object stores, document classes, property templates, search templates, entry templates, add-ons,
• document security, folder management, storage areas and policies, index area etc.)
• Experience in configuring Kerberos for FileNet ASP. NET API and IIS configuration for the same.
• Hands on experience on exporting, importing and migrating documents using FileNet APIs.
• Hands on Experience in IBM Content Navigator (configurations of desktops, plugins, repositories, EDS – External data services, team spaces, MS Office Plugins, Java Virtual Viewer etc.)
• Basic knowledge on Watson Analytics with Enterprise Search (Collections, data sources, application wide settings etc.)
• Basic Knowledge on load balancing concepts (sticky sessions, different terminology of load balancing etc.)
• Basic knowledge on programming languages like JAVA, ASP.NET and
• Basic knowledge of FileNet Programming APIs in Java and ASP.Net
• Basic knowledge on creation of ICN Plugins, Code Modules.
• Basic Concepts of Oracle Database.
• Configure IBM FileNet audit trail & security model.
• Hands on experience in Place and Side by Side Upgrade for FileNet applications.
• Bachelor’s or diploma degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Data Processing
