• Experience: 10-12 Years work experience as System Engineer
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field
• Good communication – spoken and written

• Windows Server and AD Administration
• Virtualization platform VMware ESXI 7.0
• SCCM and Intune for Operating System Patching
• Microsoft Exchange server and Office 365
• Microsoft Azure & Azure AD

Role:

• Expert in   Windows Server Implementation ,Troubleshooting and Support
• Managing Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Servers, DNS, DHCP, File Server, Print Server, Group Policies and Certificate Authority (Configuration, Troubleshooting and Support)
• Handling SCCM and Intune tool for Patch Management and software deployment
• Generating compliance report through SCCM and Intune
• Handling Operating System vulnerability fix
• Managing Virtualization platform (VMWare)
• Incident and Service Requests, Major incident
• Problem management and Root Cause Analysis
• Change Management Process
• Handling Office 365 Services (Exchange Online, EOP, MS Teams, SharePoint Online)
• Vendor Management
• Should have knowledge on on-premises Backup devices and Storage.
