• Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in Windows OS installation, MS Office installation, Mail configurations
• knowledge and expertise in system hardware and software troubleshooting
• Knowledge and experience in Server, Firewall, NAS Storage systems integration, configuration and troubleshooting
• Well equipped with Network knowledge and experience
