Description:

Looking for a Supply Planner (Junior Manager Band) reporting to the Planning Manager.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Develop and manage the plant Master Production Schedule process.
• Work collaboratively with customer service to build inventory and replenishment plans that support the requirements of the business.
• Develop, maintain and continually improve inventory and service parameters and relevant supply chain master data settings in ERP systems for all SKUs and product families.
• Develop and owns inventory ramp-up plans for new products and promotions, and inventory phase out plans for obsolete and discontinued products.
• Lead long range capacity planning analysis including labor analysis for manufacturing lines. Developing detailed understanding of manufacturing constraints and capabilities of the site, providing regular feedback and information to drive medium term tactical and long term strategic decisions
• Participate and contribute to the monthly S&OP process – Lead the supply review phase and lead presentation to the organization.
• Perform and lead the monthly procurement cycle (MRP Meeting) for the factory. Communicate material supply issues proactively with all required business functions.

Work experience requirement

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in planning in a relevant manufacturing company.
• FMCG experience with proven track record in planning
• Experience with planning in ERP environment (SAP or Oracle or similar)

Qualification

Must have a bachelor degree in engineering/supply chain or any other relevant discipline.
