Description:

Urgently Hiring Supply chain & Purchase Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Preparing ordering schedule to the region
• Monthly Forecast Planning on all products for the region
• Monitoring stock availability at the warehouse
• Quality assurance & monitoring product feedback & consistencies
• Raising concerns / red flags on inconsistent products, quality, quantities
• Ensuring payments are posted based on invoices received
• Ensuring credit notes received
• Ensuring all subs forecasts are available based on the agreed ordering schedule
• Handles all requirements on new products (tasting, registration, costing, and forecast & ordering)
• Costing: Cost analysis provided to management
• Ensure that products are as per standard
• Handles changes on artworks are implemented and approved
• Ensures all product transitions are done with limited wastage
• Costing: Cost analysis provided to management
• Forecast: Forecasting based on product registration result & product plan
• Ordering: Ordering based on timelines & requirements
• PUF provided for system update (cost controller & IT)
• Final costing provided to marketing & it for selling price approval & system alignment

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or any related field.
• Knowledge Computer Literacy Documentation and Coordination & Excel skills.
