Description:
We are looking for Supply Chain Executive position for a multi dynamic company.
Requirements:
- Graduation/Diploma
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same role
- Familiar with FMCG Trading is a plus
- Well versed with International inco terms and Trade documents
- Strong planning and organizational skills to run a streamlined operation
Job Description / Role:
- Coordinate with Suppliers and Factories for Invoices and Shipping documents and support manager in providing weekly/monthly reports
- Submitting monthly production planning in discussion with manager to factories
- Candidate shall be responsible for all communications related to factories and suppliers.
- Managing Switching of BLs and Certification of Commercial Invoices as per Country Specific requirements
- Verifying LC requirements before executing order and complying with trade documents
- Handling the imports and export operations and in ensuring proper documentation for all shipments
- Coordinate and monitor suppliers, forwarders and transporters to ensure timely delivery and clearances of goods
- Monitor the shipment by following up with carriers and constant communication with the customer and supplier and update the status of the shipment
- Manage customs release and other important documents such as packing list, Commercial Invoice, Bill of Lading etc.
- Availability: Immediately available will be prioritized (2 weeks-max)
- Language: Arabic reading and writing is MUST and English
- Salary: Promising Salary, depending on qualification and experience
