Position Overview
- 100% remote role with flexible work arrangements!
- Candidates must be located in one of the following states: AL, FL, GA, ID, MI, MD, MS, NC, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, WI, UT
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage month-end closing processes and reporting.
- Lead bookkeeping operations within a multi-unit or multi-client setting.
- Mentor and guide a team of bookkeeping professionals, ensuring quality and compliance.
Required Skills
- A minimum of 5 years of comprehensive bookkeeping and accounting experience.
- Demonstrated supervisory or management experience in an accounting context.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong expertise in transactional bookkeeping coupled with robust financial reporting and analysis abilities.
- Experience managing a team of at least 5 full-cycle bookkeeping professionals is essential.
- Familiarity with billable hours is highly advantageous.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
- Proven experience within multi-unit or multi-client environments.
