Description:

We are hiring for Supervisor Electrical.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred for a solid technical foundation.
• Minimum of 5 Years of hands-on experience in electrical construction within the oil and gas industry is essential.
• Proficiency in electrical design and installation software, such as AutoCAD or ETAP, is a significant advantage.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards, including NEC and IEC, is critical for compliance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all electrical construction activities on – site, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of electrical installations to identify and address any safety or quality concerns promptly.
• Lead and mentor a team of electricians and technicians, providing guidance on technical issues and ensuring effective communication.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop detailed work plans and schedules, optimizing resource allocation for timely project completion.
• Ensure all electrical work adheres to local regulations and safety protocols, fostering a culture of safety among the workforce.
• Review and approve technical documentation, including drawings and specifications, to ensure accuracy and completeness before execution.
• Manage the procurement of electrical materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery to prevent project delays.
• Facilitate training and development programs for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in electrical systems and safety practices.
• Monitor project budgets and expenditures, providing regular reports to management on financial performance and cost control.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders regarding electrical construction matters, maintaining strong professional relationships.
