Key Tasks:
- Directing and managing the work of workers and others and making appropriate decisions.
- Paying attention to procedures and meeting security and safety requirements.
- Monitoring and controlling the work, adhering to accuracy in implementation and completion, and achieving quality standards.
- Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans.
- Produce timesheets and monitor crew attendance.
- Allocate general and daily responsibilities.
- Supervising and training workers and technicians.
- Ensure and monitor workforce productivity and resource consumption.
- Supervising the use of machinery and equipment.
- Monitor expenses and ensure they remain within the budget.
- Solve problems as they arise.
- Report on progress to managers, engineers, etc.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or diploma in skilled trade (electrician, carpenter, etc.)
- He has leadership skills and extensive experience to direct the work of others and make quick decisions.
- Must be well organized and value safety above all else.
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and occupational safety and health guidelines
- Understanding electrical and hydraulic systems
- Ability to read drawings, plans and diagrams
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to communicate and prepare reports effectively
- Proficiency in mathematics
- Problem solving abilities.
