Description:
We are seeking an experienced Student Finance professional to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is integral to managing financial planning, reporting, and day-to-day student finance operations within a structured academic environment. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform student revenue forecasting and financial analysis.
- Conduct reconciliations for Student Finance, Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
- Manage billing, collections, and student finance operations.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and support audit processes.
- Work closely with academic units and central finance teams to ensure seamless financial operations.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years’ experience in finance, accounting, or student finance.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (Oracle, Workday, SAP experience is a plus).
- Hands-on experience with billing, AR, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Comfortable engaging with students, parents, and internal stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, structured, and capable of working independently.
