Bin Haider Education (BHE) is looking for a Student Enrollment Manager to join our growing team in Dubai
Position Objective:
Bin Haider Education (BHE), a subsidiary to Mohammad Omar Bin Haider (MOBH) Holding Group is looking for a Student Enrollment Manager who will be the main point of contact to candidates, and responsible for the oversight and direction of the admission and enrollment processes, as well as promoting our educational programs.

The Student Enrollment Manager is a dynamic, customer-centric, and organized person who brings experience and enthusiasm to the team and demonstrates the willingness to exceed targets and grow with the business.
Typical duties and responsibilities:
- Visiting schools and education events in the region to promote various programs
- Counselling prospective students and conducting campus tour
- Coordinating with agents and corporate partners in the region
- Supporting candidates with the required admissions documents
- Maintaining the records on CRM
- Leading the team with marketing & social media campaigns
- Interacting with customers in a professional manner, in line with BHE values and principles
- Consistently meeting and exceeding all team targets
Required qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in education consultancy & student’s enrollment management at universities in UAE & abroad
- Extremely organized with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Preferred experience in sales, with proven track record of exceeding team targets
- A highly customer-focused nature, target-oriented, and multi-tasking abilities
- Exceptional communication skills
- Excellent IT skills, including Word, PPT and Excel
- Passion to work in an international and multicultural environment
- Deep understanding of customer needs and requirements
- Fluency in Arabic is a plus
