Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall store operations, which includes sales of Marine and Wearable products, inventory management, and delivering exceptional customer service through active involvement in daily store activities.
• Responsible for the profitability of the store, which can be achieved by hitting the monthly budgets to get the required margin to support the store expenses and the cost control by keeping an eye on the operating and capital expenses to maximizing the net revenue in the store.
• Driving changes by looking at the net promoters score to achieve top quality retail environment and building long-term customer relationship mechanism.
• Train the manpower inside store, get their potential sharpen and motivating them to achieve the required productivity.
• Devise and implement highly effective business strategies and plans, which drive business growth on a consistent basis, also creating and enacting loss prevention strategies.
• Plan the annual budget for the store and aligning it with the overall business plan of the company.
• Implementing company policies and procedures to maintain a consistent customer experience across all stores, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Manage all merchandising, product placement and marketing processes by maintaining the planogram at SKU and category level.
• To conduct tracking and trending of key competitors and providing recommendations for maximum exposure and ensure customer is comfortable with respect to pricing and product availability.
• Responsible for maintaining the optimum level of inventory in the store so that customer requirements can be fulfilled.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business studies, Business Administration, Engineering, or any related field.
• 6-8 years of proven successful work experience with a minimum of 3-4 years in a similar role.
• Excellent product knowledge in marine and Wearable products.
• Strong customer management skills.
• UAE Driving License holders preferred.
