Mode Search has exclusively partnered with a Global Iconic luxury brand seeking a Store Director and Store Manager, to be based in their largest Global store, Dubai Mall. This mall is the largest in the world, housing 1,200 stores and an aquarium. This iconic brand is a leader in the luxury industry, specializing in high craftsmanship and deeply innovative designs, steeped in tradition but daring with creativity.
Our client is seeking to sponsor an exceptional individual from fashion Capitals such as London, Paris or Milan to join their team in order to uphold and demonstrate exceptional customer service, product knowledge and excellent team management skills.
Store Director- Visa sponsorship from London, Paris or Milan- Up to 35,000 AED per month + 20% bonus (depending on experience)
This role is suited to somebody with a proven track record in managing large teams of 35 + and high turnovers. Ideally, they are seeking a minimum of 7 years management experience within luxury retail
Store Manager- Visa sponsorship from London, Paris or Milan- Up to 28,000 per month (depending on experience)
This role will be suitable for an assistant store manager or department manager from a high-volume and luxury background.
