Exciting Career Opportunity: Store Assistant  

Location: Hamriyah Sharjah, UAE

What you’ll Do:

• Coordinate with the forklift driver during material loading and unloading.
• Verify all received material under QA/QC supervision.
• Mark traceability details on all materials.
• Take photographs as evidence.
• Update and track inventory, including assets in storage areas.
• Maintain material in bin locations.
• Issue material to respective departments with proper documentation.
• Ensure all material transactions are signed by the issuer/recipient.
• Coordinate with the project team for material returns.
• Collaborate internally with Procurement/QC/Logistics.
• Complete packing details before deadlines.
• Prepare materials for delivery.
• Support the line manager in enforcing store regulations and operational goals.

We’re looking for Someone Who:

• Has good computer skills, especially in MS Excel and inventory systems.
• Shows initiative and can work independently.
• Understands inventory control procedures.
• Excels in organization and time management.
• Possesses physical and mental stamina.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Is a team player with a positive attitude.
• Requires a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role, ERP experience is a plus.
• Holds a Senior Secondary Certificate.
