We are looking for a passionate Stewarding Supervisor to be a part of the Al Habtoor Group. You must be available in the UAE for the said position.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Stewarding Supervisor at Al Habtoor Polo Resort located in Dubai. The Stewarding Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Stewarding Department. This includes maintaining cleanliness, ensuring equipment is in good condition, and managing a team of stewards to ensure the kitchen and dining areas meet the highest standards of sanitation.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Stewarding Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry is required
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a team
- Knowledge of inventory management, sanitation standards, and cleaning techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure with a commitment to safety
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
