Location: Ax Capital Real Estate, Business Bay, Dubai UAE #hiring

We are looking for a courteous and proactive Steward to be the first point of contact for guests and clients entering our office in Dubai. As a Steward, you will be responsible for providing a warm welcome, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience for all visitors, and supporting our Front Office team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet clients & guests in a professional and friendly manner, assist to assigned parking slot and escort to the office reception.
• Maintaining cleanliness of meeting rooms & kitchen.
• Collaborate with the front desk and barista team to ensure a smooth client experience.

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate will have 6 months+ working in a similar role in Dubai.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
