Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, including invoicing, collections, and vendor payments.
- Prepare and maintain precise financial records, including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of financial reporting.
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making and enhance business operations.
- Collaborate with various teams to resolve accounting-related challenges and assist in financial planning and analysis.
- Contribute to the preparation of financial statements, tax filings, and other compliance-related tasks.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal policies while maintaining robust internal controls.
- Facilitate audit processes by providing necessary documentation as requested.
- Support special projects and initiatives as needed.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting or finance experience, ideally within the healthcare or technology sectors.
- Strong grasp of accounting principles and financial concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering a collaborative team approach.
- Experience in medical or healthcare billing is advantageous.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, preferably in healthcare or technology.
