Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, track, and report on government (Federal, State, County, City, etc.) and foundation grants.
- Guarantee the appropriate allocation and expenditure of funds in accordance with grant agreements.
- Stay updated on pertinent laws and regulations, including the Uniform Grants Guidance and nonprofit accounting principles, particularly restricted funds accounting.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably within a nonprofit context.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with various financial systems.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
