We’re Hiring: Staff Accommodation & Deployment Supervisor
Location: Al Qouz, Dubai, UAE
Type: Full-Time
Super Bright FM is looking for a proactive and highly organized Staff Accommodation & Deployment Supervisor to join our growing team. This key role will oversee accommodation for approximately 1000 staff and coordinate efficiently with the Transport and Operations Managers to ensure smooth deployment and staff movement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain staff accommodation facilities, room allocations, and ensure hygiene and safety standards.
- Coordinate daily with Transport and Operations teams for timely deployment of staff.
- Track and log daily and weekly staff movements and attendance.
- Prepare weekly reports on accommodation status and deployment efficiency.
- Resolve staff issues related to accommodation and movement promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience in workforce coordination, staff accommodation, or similar roles (preferably in FM or hospitality).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and deployment tracking tools.
- Fluent in English , Hindi
- Able to manage high-volume operations and adapt quickly to changing demands.
