Hiring Sr System Engineer

Location : Dubai

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in technology related fields or equivalent.
• Microsoft Certification -MCSA/MCSE/Azure etc…
• 12-15 Years, minimum 8 years in IT Windows -Microsoft technologies administration support.
• Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role, with at least 10-12 + years of experience in managing complex IT Enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies Office 365, Exchange, Azure, Active Directory, Windows, operating systems, including system installation, configuration, troubleshooting and administration.
• Having good experience in Microsoft Teams enterprise-level administration
• Experience managing ITSM tools and tickets with SLA.
• Proficiency in managing Vendor SLA and support tickets.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows server environments, clustering, RDS and File servers
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft exchange servers and email gateways with mail flow and troubleshooting skills
• In-depth knowledge to manage and troubleshooting Microsoft AD/Azure Entra (Azure AD)
• The candidate must have a 2-year’ experience in Manage Engine products like AD Manager/AD Audit/File Audit.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware or any other) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Oracle) are added advantages.
• Extending support within the IT department and other department to fulfill the business needs.
