This job is REMOTE, with flexible location based within the Eastern Time Zone.

This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the distribution and store delivery network for the East Coast. This role will lead existing more than 12 cold chain distribution centers and the store delivery process from these centers, help drive efficiency and positive store partner experience, and help shape the future of the network within this region

As a Senior Regional Distribution Manager, you will…

  • Manage a team of Regional Distribution Managers, ensuring day-to-day compliance of operational metrics and serve as the first escalation point for any issues or disruptions of service.
  • Exhibit an owner mentality and approach to the financial budget of the region, maintaining the highest degree of precision in distribution and delivery while achieving budgetary goals.
  • Build cross-functional partnership and relationships with other field based and Starbucks Support center partners on projects, initiatives and goals.

  • Experience running large single site or multi-site food service operations, both company owned and 3PL.
  • Leaders who have helped lead transformational, fundamental change in operations.
  • Leaders who exhibit an ownership mentality, with accountability focus on delivering results and laser focus on the customer & partner in store experience. is required in this role of between 30-70%.

 If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
