We have an opening for Sr. IT Systems Engineer

• Location: Abu Dhabi
• Language: Arabic and English
• Contract: 1 Year and renewable
• Experience: Minimum 8 Years in ITIL, Windows / #Linux Admin, Storage System Management, Virtualization, #VMWare / #Hypervisor Admin, VDI Management, Database Admin SQL Server, Backup Systems Management, Microsoft Exchange, #Infrastructure Security Management, Capacity Management. Configuration Management, Availability Management
• Problem Management & Service Focus , Configuring and maintaining servers, storage systems, VDIs, Backup System.
• Managing the day-to-day operation of the organization’s systems infrastructure and providing technical guidance to other IT peers as appropriate
• Installing, upgrading, Patching operating systems. Applications, Hardware Firmware.
• Software deployment on Servers, Desktops, and VMs
• Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues as they arise
• Configure, Manage and Monitor the Backup Schedule
• Providing technical support and helping to resolve incidents & problems
• Documentation – Prepare SOPs, Architecture, Diagrams, Integrations
• Responsible for maintaining the IT Systems that support an organization’s information systems. This can include both hardware and software components, such as servers, storage systems, Virtual Environments, VDIs, Backup Systems, and operating systems.
