Description:

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities on behalf of Build Station LLC. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, towards sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities:

• Support Interior Designers, Architects, Consultants with specifications of building materials or finishing products (focus on sanitaryware) for Commercial, Residential, Hospitality, Educational, Healthcare, etc. in the UAE
• Give product presentations and introduce product innovations and novelties
• Identify and quality leads and Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts
• Supervise the whole process from specification stage to conversion into sales.
• Industry experience of 2-5 years
• Experience with Sanitaryware sales is a plus
• Excellent presentation and communications skills
• Self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals
