We are looking for a Specialist Office Administrator

Job Summary:

The Administrator is responsible for ensuring smooth office operations by managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and maintaining compliance with company policies. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Supervise administrative staff and delegate responsibilities to optimize performance.
  • Manage schedules, travel arrangements, and appointments for upper management.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, letters, and other forms of correspondence professionally.
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures as needed.
  • Maintain and update records and databases related to personnel, financial transactions, and other company data.
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Prepare and submit timely reports, presentations, and proposals as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
