What You’ll Do As a Accountants Payable Specialist
- You will manage standard office duties such as answering phone calls and returning messages and greeting customers as needed.
- You will assume all clerical tasks to accurately maintain and report items as required.
- You will file invoices into appropriate folders
- You will scan, upload and save all accounts payable documents
- You will match accounts payable invoices to checks paid to subcontracts, venders, etc.
- You will follow up on any changes that need to be made
- You will check the accounts payable inbox frequently.
- You will perform administrative duties as assigned by accounts payable manager
What You’ll Need
- You are 18 years of age or older
- You are authorized to work in the United States for this company
- You have experience in general AP/AR related work
