Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and charismatic Spa Manager to lead our luxury beauty and wellness spa in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a background in the beauty and aesthetics industry, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires overseeing daily operations, managing a team of therapists, coordinating bookings, and ensuring the spa operates at the highest standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of the spa’s daily operations, including scheduling therapists, managing bookings (online and in-store), and addressing client inquiries.
  • Brand Representation: Act as the face of the spa, ensuring a warm, welcoming, and professional environment for clients.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage the team of therapists to deliver outstanding services while maintaining adherence to spa protocols and standards.
  • Customer Service: Handle client feedback, resolve concerns, and ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional experience.
  • Sales & Promotions: Collaborate with management to plan and execute promotional activities to achieve revenue and customer engagement targets.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage product inventory to maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness across all spa areas.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in the spa, salon, or wellness industry, with a preference for candidates with beauty and aesthetics experience.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in managing online and in-store booking systems.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and a professional, client-focused demeanor.
  • Multitasking: Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Passion: Genuine interest and passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
  • Candidate must be fluent in French and English.
