Sous Chef
Hiring company is a well-known Arabic restaurant and café in Dubai
Job Description:
- Directing the food preparation process and delegating tasks
- Assisting the Head Chef to create menu items, recipes and develop dishes
- Supervising all kitchen stations, motivating and working closely with other Chefs of all levels
- Responsible for health, safety and food hygiene practices
- Ensuring food quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes created
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Dubai
- Experience in International/Arabic/ western cuisines
- Level 1 and 2 Food Safety Certificate
- Food watch knowledge
- HACCP knowledge
- Awareness of Control of Substances Hazardous to Health
- Regulations (COSHH) and chemical safety
- Must be available to join immediately
