Hiring for Solutions Specialist (Dynamics CRM)
A government entity in Abu Dhabi is looking to hire a Solutions Specialist (Dynamics CRM). UAE National preferred, however, Arabic speaking is a must.
Role:
The role is responsible to assist and support the CRM Development team in implementing and monitoring functional and technical
Requirements as per approved plans and schedules and support the team in achieving the required business objectives and targets in alignment with the sub-functional strategy
Responsibilities:
- Support the assigned Business Units in developing detailed plans and initiatives in alignment to IT strategy and Business Units requirement.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in ensuring adherence to plans and initiatives for the assigned sub-function
- Monitor and perform assigned tasks and initiatives as per ITD plan and ensure timely completion of the same
- Monitor and undertake documentation, analysis and reporting of requirements as required by the CRM Development processes, systems and operations
- Perform / supervise detailed systems study and analysis for new business applications of a complex nature or for enhancements and modifications to the existing applications and translate these requirements into highly specified project briefs using established templates and standards as per the IT methodology.
