- Identify and target potential clients for solar PV rooftop projects in the Dubai market.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through research, networking, and relationship building.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and propose customized solar PV solutions that meet client requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to educate clients on the benefits of solar energy and the company’s offerings.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, while achieving sales targets.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 2 to 6 years in solar PV sales within the Dubai market.
- Strong understanding of solar PV technology, rooftop projects, and renewable energy solutions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively engage clients and convey technical concepts.
- Existing network and relationships within the solar energy industry in Dubai is a plus.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
- Knowledge of local regulations and incentives related to solar energy projects.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
