Software Engineer – Site core

• Notice Period: Maximum 30 days
• Maximum Budget: AED 18K
• Work location: Dubai – UAE

Job Description:

Degree, Post graduate in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience)

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of development and design experience in Site core
• Should be a certified Site core Developer
• Should have good experience of defining and creating templates and pages
• Experience on custom rules and personalization

Technical Skills

• Should have development and design experience in ASP.NET, C#, MVC, SQL
• Good knowledge on Helix architecture and Site core development
• Should be expert on customization in Site core
• Should have experience on customization of Site core content API exposed to other applications
• Should have strong skills on creating Site core websites
• Experience on deployment and support on Site core scaled environment

Functional Skills

• Experience in Banking, Financial and Fitch experience in an enterprise environment preferred
• Experience in following best Coding, Security, Unit testing and Documentation standards and practices
• Experience in Agile methodology
• Ensure quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems across the organization
• Effectively research and benchmark technology against other best in class technologies

Soft Skills

• Able to influence multiple teams on technical considerations, increasing their productivity and effectiveness, by sharing deep knowledge and experience
• Self-motivator and self-starter,  Ability to own and drive things without supervision and works collaboratively with the teams across the organization
• Have excellent soft skills and interpersonal skills to interact and present the ideas to Senior and Executive management
