Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy:

  • Develop and execute aligned social media strategies, targeting specific business objectives.
  • Identify and engage target audiences with captivating content, maintaining a cohesive brand voice.
  • Collaborate across teams to seamlessly integrate social media into broader marketing efforts.

Bot Management:

  • Leverage bot technology to create and oversee automated social media campaigns.
  • Establish interactive chatbots and tools for user engagement and queries.
  • Continuously monitor bot performance, refine tactics, and ensure adherence to guidelines.

Content Creation:

  • Generate high-quality content – text, visuals, videos – tailored for diverse social platforms.
  • Work alongside design and content teams to craft visually compelling materials.

Community Engagement:

  • Cultivate and nurture online communities, promptly addressing comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Facilitate meaningful conversations to boost user engagement and brand affinity.

Performance Analysis:

  • Analyze social media metrics and bot effectiveness to gauge campaign impact.
  • Provide routine reports, insights, and recommendations to optimize strategies and meet KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on bot management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating and managing social media content across platforms.
  • Proven track record of utilizing and managing bots for marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of bot technology, automation tools, and AI-driven interactions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging and innovative content.
