Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to design and implement social media strategies across our diverse and rapidly growing portfolio of B2B and B2C clients. The successful candidate will manage, create, and publish engaging content across all clients’ brand social media channels. Working within our vibrant agency, you will handle various accounts and ensure the achievement of brand marketing targets

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the build and execution of multiple social media strategies through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
  • Contribute to increasing brand awareness, engagement, and online reputation for our clients and their brands.
  • Create and publish highly creative and original, high-quality content to ensure it is informative and appealing.
  • Identify and engage the correct target market.
  • Collaborate with other agency departments eg. paid, CRM, content production to ensure client consistency and correct messaging.
  • Facilitate clients community management (respond to messages, monitor customer reviews, and engage with followers in a timely manner).
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on pre agreed KPIs including Return On Investment.
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement, suggesting and implementing content optimisation.
  • Stay updated with new digital marketing technology and social media technologies in particular.
  • Assist the agency creative team with changes and updates to existing artwork (eg. Canva).

Hiring Requirements

  • Available to work in Dubai office in JVC.
  • 5+ years of proven agency work experience in social media (with tangible results case studies).
  • Extensive knowledge of all social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc).
  • Working knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, Google Analytics.
  • General knowledge of design for creating visually appealing graphics
  • Good eye for photography and videography with attention to detail.
  • Strong social customer service skills including patience, empathy, and conflict resolution.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills. Personal Characteristics
