Social Media Executive

MAG International are hiring a Social Media Executive to join our Brand team.

This is an exciting opportunity to help us raise awareness of MAG International, with a particular focus on our web presence and our presence in the local community.

We are looking for someone with lots of ideas and creativity to bring to the team, who will champion social media within the business and enjoy taking ownership of our channels.

Requirements:

• Growing our following through paid and organic content.
• Finding opportunities to create new content, bringing new ideas and new ways of working to the team.
• Attending both internal and external events as required, to maximise opportunities for social media content.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and championing these within the team.
• Ensuring a consistent of tone of voice, according to brand guidelines.
• Monthly reporting on social media objectives.
• Ensuring all group social media content adheres to Compliance policy.
• Experience with corporate social media channels.

Responsibilities:

• Creating and managing a calendar of engaging written, visual and video content that supports MAG International’s wider brand strategy.
• Working with the Web team to create copy and content for multiple websites under the MAG International umbrella.
• The day-to-day management of our group social media accounts.
• Experience in creating visual and written content – you’ll be a strong copywriter and able to create imagery and short videos through Canva or similar.
• Experience with planning and scheduling social media campaigns.
• Excellent written English, including spelling and grammar.
• Experience in monitoring and testing campaign performance.
• Creative thinker.
• Self-starter, flexible and capable of working on multiple projects at the same time
• Based in Dubai
• Fluent in English
