Description:

We are looking for a female Social Media Executive to handle the day-to-day social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Location: Dubai

Responsibilities:

• Execute marketing strategies and design engaging social media campaigns;
• Oversee and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools such as Social baker, Hootsuite, Asana and Later
• Create engaging multimedia content across multiple platforms;
• Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote the establishment and the brand
• Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media comments and messages and developing discussions;
• Scout and build relationships with influencers across the social media platforms;
• Monitor, track, analyses and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights;
• Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity;
• Undertake audience research.

Candidates need to:

• Have 3+ years of experience in social media management and graphic design;
• Have a solid understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms, particularly in relation to advertising/branding and customers;
• Have Knowledge of digital photography and the ability to shoot images and videos for multiple content platforms;
• Have a strong copywriting and editing skills suitable for each platform, from knowing how to write a successful caption to using effective storytelling techniques;
• Have strong communication and people skills;
• Be curious and plugged in to evolving trends, platforms, and approaches; actively seeks out and proposes new ideas to help achieve our goals;
• Have knowledge of Facebook Business Suite, Adobe Suite, Video editing software’s, mobile editing apps;
• Have excellent organizational skills, with the capacity to prioritize and work across multiple projects;
• Have the ability to work well under pressure in order to meet deadlines;
• Have an eye for detail and the ability to work accurately;
• Have motivation and commitment;
• Have a minimum 3 years of UAE experience;
• Have a proven track record.
