Qualifications and Skills

• Fluency in both English & Arabic (spoken and written) is essential.
• 1-3 years of experience in social media management, community engagement, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Basic knowledge of crisis management, brand reputation handling, and social listening tools.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle real-time brand interactions with professionalism and confidence.
