Servicemycar is looking for an experienced and energetic social media & influencer marketing professional to join our fast-paced and diverse team. As Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that we are dramatically growing our reach across the digital distribution.

There will be a focus on influencer partnerships and organic social media to drive awareness, views and traffic to brand and product content. The ideal candidate stays on the cutting-edge of trends across social and knows how to maximize content for sharing and engagement.

What you’ll be doing:

Develop a strategy to increase awareness and engagement of our brand across all social media platforms.

Create forward-thinking content ideas that help attract, engage, amplify and grow our brand’s reputation among target audiences.

Manage day-to-day social presence and content creation, curation and distribution with a specific focus on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook.

Build strong relationships with our audience across social platforms by responding to messages, comments and inquiries.

Steer the creative direction of social media assets created by the in-house creative/design team.

Develop detailed monthly reports that outline performance, engagement, website traffic insights, attribution and key learnings.

Build and scale our influencer program to promote brand awareness, customer acquisition and loyalty, specifically in the UAE.

Drive and maintain relationships with content creators across key social channels including Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.

Develop and manage end-to-end influencer campaigns including driving the campaign strategy, talent sourcing, talent outreach, negotiations, briefing, asset collection and post-campaign analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or relevant field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a social media/influencer marketing role – Automotive experience preferred.
  • Experience building, executing and scaling strategic and creative marketing campaigns, plus growing multiple social media accounts.
  • Exceptional writer and storyteller who can effectively engage an audience with content across multiple channels; copywriting experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both within the team and with partners both in and outside the company.
