Hiring Site Supervisor – Luxury Villas

Our Client, an European Interior Contracting Group specialized in high end Luxury Villas Projects is looking to hire a Senior Site Supervisor for their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technically strong in handling multiple construction sites.
• Should have proven track record in handling High End Luxury Villas Projects
• Ability to Reading Drawing and BOQ.
• Supervision of all site work like Construction, Architectural, Interior Fit Outs & MEP works(Turnkey Projects)
• Maintain safety rules and regulation on site
• Survey the projects and discuss daily work report, possibilities and shortcoming with Project manager.
• Maintain Manpower, Inventory, Materials etc to job site.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Min 5-10 yrs of UAE experience in handling High End Luxury Villas Projects
• Excellent communication skills in English mandatory
• Location : Dubai
• Salary : AED 6,000 – AED 7,000 + Annual Benefits (Depending on experience)
