Hiring Site Supervisor – 2 x positions available

We have two exciting opportunities for two qualified Site Supervisors (1 x Abu Dhabi and 1 x Dubai based) to join the Summertown Interiors Projects Team in Dubai. 

The preferred candidate must be currently based in the UAE and have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in interior fit outs and project management, MS Project, MS Office (Word and Excel) and hold a technical or diploma in project management, construction or engineering. 

Key responsibilities;

• Reconcile architectural and MEP drawings against site conditions and the sub-contractors/vendors installation and report any findings/options to the team.
• Full compliance with the Company’s ISO management system procedures and processes from a site operation’s perspective
• Enforce rules, regulations, and procedures in accordance with local/International standards.
• Manage daily the onsite construction progress which includes coordination of site workers, contractors, suppliers and the like.
• Work alongside the Construction Manager to manage and monitor all deliveries to site.
• Attend daily and weekly site meetings.
• Provide onsite post construction completion management for any further additional works.
• Monitor contractor compliance with site deliverables inclusive of program, cost, build ability and health and safety compliance
• Undertake detailed site measurements providing supporting information to the design team for review
• Delivery of a high-quality finish, ensuring best practices HSE site compliance at all times
• Ensure the project is delivered on time and to budget.
• Experience in delivering LEED certified and sustainable projects preferred.
