We are currently looking for a Site Forman!

Role Description:

Full time on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates for a Site Foreman. The Site Foreman will oversee and coordinate daily operations at construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed safely, within budget, and on time. The Site Foreman will be responsible for supervising and training personnel, scheduling equipment maintenance, ordering materials, and liaising with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Qualifications:

• Construction Management or related field at least 2-4 years or equivalent experience
• Proven experience as a Site Foreman, preferably in the UAE
• Knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and methodologies
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
• Excellent supervisory and leadership abilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
