Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer Fitout to join our construction team in UAE-Abu Dhabi, The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing fitout projects, ensuring quality workmanship, and adhering to project timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee fitout projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulations
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth and efficient project execution
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective measures
• Manage and supervise construction teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship
• Collaborate with the procurement team to source and select materials, equipment, and subcontractors for fitout projects
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, quality control records, and safety documentation
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe work environment for all project stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in the construction industry, with a focus on fitout projects
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, regulations, and quality standards
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse project stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing project challenges
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy in project documentation
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Professional certification or licensure as a Civil Engineer is preferred
• Familiarity with local construction regulations and practices in UAE-Abudhabi is a plus .
