Hiring Site Engineer Specialized in Steel and Metal Construction

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Engineer to join our team in the field of steel and metal construction and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are completed on-time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of steel and metal construction projects on-site, including planning, scheduling, and coordination of resources, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and standards, and maintain a safe working environment for all workers.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met and that projects are delivered to the required specifications.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure projects are completed on-time and within budget.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and construction schedules.
• Assist in the preparation of bids and proposals for new projects.

Qualifications:

• Join immediately.
• Valid UAE Driving with Car.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in steel and metal construction and services.
• Knowledge of construction project management principles and techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience with AutoCAD and other construction software programs.
