Hiring Site Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Apply designs and plans to mark out the site. This may include residential, retail, office, or any other projects.
• Acting as the main technical adviser on the site for subcontractors and vendors.
• Checking plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
• Ensuring that all materials used, and work performed are as per specifications
• Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors
• Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site facilities to meet agreed deadlines

Accountabilities:

• Taking Initiative and constant development
• Timely completion and adhering to deadlines.
• Receiving materials and securing attic stock
• Inspecting sub-contractor’s works during execution and highlighting any expected issues to the PM
• Accuracy in preparing reports and liaising with the PM on actual site works.
