Description:

SIEM Specialist required

• Monitor the environment stability of the SIEM platform(s).
• Support SIEM architecture changes, tool deployments and advanced content development.
• Gather use case requirements and develop solutions for the SOC Team.
• Facilitate SIEM Change Requests (upgrades, tuning, break fixes etc.).
• Responsible of SIEM systems patching and upgrades.
• SIEM system Health monitoring, troubleshooting, and remediation.
• Writing and maintaining process documentation.
• Administration and Configuration, Use Case / Rule / Log Source Evolution, and System Maintenance / Health / Upgrades.
• Configure and connect Custom Log Sources for business applications.
• Coordinate the SIEM Integration with the Service Desk ticketing system. Service Level Agreement

 with the subject line as “SIEM Specialist”
