Description:

Siebel Consultant required

• Duration: 6 months (subject to extension)
• Delivery mode: On-site
• Location: Abu-Dhabi
• Constraint: must have residency and security clearance

Tasks:

• Siebel Admin Tasks
• Siebel Server Management
• Web Server Management
• Monitoring Siebel Components
• Maintaining of static data like responsibilities, LOV, views.
• User Administration
• Job Administration (Running jobs for EIM, workflow process batch manager)
• Regularly check the status of Jobs, RCR’s.
• Server Resource Monitoring (Memory, disk space, performance)
• Deploying repository and non-repository objects. Restart Siebel Application, gateway and web services.
• Siebel Support Tasks
• Resolving all queries raised by business users over phone, email, Incident and SR.
• monitoring and resolving Siebel Case issues
• monitoring and resolving Siebel Service Request issues
• Resolving data related issues
• Providing reports to business owners based on the report requirements
• Full responsibility Payroll system
• Monthly accrual and adjustment data load.
• Oracle Policy Automation
• Deploying business rules
• Monitor OPA Web Logic servers and restart OPA servers in case of performance issues
