Job Description:
CustomCosa is looking for a Shopify/E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online furniture store. The ideal candidate should have experience in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and website management, with additional skills in graphic design and camera handling being a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shopify Store Management – Upload & manage products, optimize store layout, and improve user experience.
- E-commerce Operations – Handle inventory, order processing, and customer inquiries.
- Digital Marketing – Run & manage social media ads, SEO, and email marketing campaigns.
- Website Management – Ensure smooth functionality, fix issues, and enhance performance.
- Graphic Designing (Added Advantage) – Create banners, social media creatives, and promotional materials.
- Camera Handling (Added Advantage) – Capture high-quality product photos & videos for promotions.
- Analytics & Reporting – Track sales, website traffic, and conversion rates for growth.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in Shopify & E-commerce operations
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, etc.)
- Basic website management skills (Shopify troubleshooting, performance optimization)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Graphic design & camera handling skills are an added advantage
